3. How can I make my candle last longer?
To get the most out of your candle, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling and help your candle burn evenly.
4. How long should I let my candle burn each time?
For optimal performance, burn your candle for at least 2-3 hours at a time, or until the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours to maintain the quality of the wax and scent.
5. Why is trimming the wick important?
Trimming the wick before each use helps reduce soot, promotes a steady flame, and extends the candle’s life. It’s a small step that makes a big difference in your candle’s performance.
6. Why is my candle burning unevenly?
An uneven burn, or tunneling, can occur if the candle isn’t allowed to burn long enough to create a full melt pool on the first use. If tunneling develops, wrap foil around the top edge of the candle and burn for a short time to help even out the wax surface.
7. What should I do if my candle is smoking?
If you notice smoke, it’s usually because the wick is too long. Make sure to trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn to reduce soot and maintain a clean, steady flame.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 on all orders under $50 within the U.S. For orders of $50 or more, shipping is free!

11. When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery generally takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
12. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it at info@inspirarecandles.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.

We want you to love your candles! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase. 14. My candle arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re 100% confident in our packaging and guarantee that your candles will arrive safely. In the rare event of any damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
